
This online Psychosocial Hazards at Work — Worker Awareness course gives general workers across all industries a clear, practical understanding of what psychosocial hazards are, how to identify them, and what to do about them. It covers the nine recognised categories of psychosocial hazard, the four worker duties under Australian WHS law, the right to be consulted when hazards are identified and managed, how to recognise early warning signs in yourself and workmates, and how to raise a concern or access support — safely and without risk of adverse consequences.
